If you have high luck, you will do great with any kind of sniper-ish weapon, targeting eyes, head but also playing a puppet master (shooting legs will often knockdown opponents etc.) If you are fastshooter, you take weapons that will cost you less AP (both shooting and reloading) and just spam the bullets hoping for crits (though not depending on them entirely).
